Description: Diagram or Graphic; 1. Flowering branchlet with vegetative shoot on the top and spurs with stalkless clusters of long-pedicelled flowers. – 2. Branchlet with developed leaves on a leader and with ripe fruits from spurs. Petioles with reddish glands near the base of the leafblades. – 3. Seed (stone). – 4. Seedling with cotyledons (c) and the first ordinary leaves. – 5. Winter-branchlet with long leader and lateral spurs (k); buds are conical-ovoid, reddish-brown, glabrous.
