WELCOME TO THE ConnPACE PROGRAM!


ConnPACE is an outstanding service that that helps eligible senior citizens and people with disabilities afford the cost of most prescription medicines as well as insulin and insulin syringes.

This website will help you become more familiar with the benefits of the program and give you the information you need to apply.

If you are a Connecticut resident age 65 or older, or with a disability age 18 or older, you may qualify for ConnPACE.

To get all the information you need about applying for ConnPACE, please see our ConnPACE application kit.
 

 

You can download the application kit to fill out and mail in, or you may also call ConnPACE at: 1-800-423-5026, toll-free in Connecticut; or 860-269-2029, local in the Hartford area, with any questions you may have about the ConnPACE program.

If you are not eligible for ConnPACE, other assistance with prescription drug costs and health insurance may be available. For more information, please click here to visit the CHOICES program website.
