Office of Civilian Personnel (CG-121)
The roles of the Office of Civilian Personnel include:
- Developing strategic plan/goals for civilian HR policy.
- Providing HR support and services to Coast Guard commands and
employees.
- Evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of programs and systems and
Coast Guard’s delivery of same.
- Design, implement and communicate improvements based on the results.
- Communicate senior leadership’s philosophy of civilian HR issues to
Coast Guard work force.
- Analyze and effectively communicate workforce concerns/issues to
senior leadership.
