Teach Epidemiology Professional Development Workshop
June 8-12, 2009, 9:00AM-4:00PM
Cost: Free, lunch and breakfast provided.

CDC's Global Health Odyssey Museum is excited to partner with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to offer a free five-day teacher workshop on teaching epidemiology in the middle and high school classroom. The workshop is appropriate for teachers of math, science, social studies and related disciplines.

The Teach Epidemiology Professional Development Workshop will be held at CDC's Tom Harkin Global Communications Center, 1600 Clifton Road, Atlanta, GA from June 8-12, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM each day. Three (3) Professional Learning Units will be awarded for workshop participation.

The workshop is free of cost, and breakfast and lunch will be provided each day. Attendees must commit to attending each day, actively participating and must show valid government issued ID to enter the CDC campus. Information about parking and logistics surrounding entering the CDC will be emailed to all registered attendees prior to the workshop.
