Re: South Buffalo Railway Company and the TCIU Reach Agreement

The National Mediation Board is pleased to announce that the South Buffalo Railway Company and the Transportation Communications International Union (TCIU) reached a tentative agreement on November 26, 2002, covering the craft or class of Carmen. The negotiations were conducted with the assistance of Mediator Fred Leif.

The agreement is subject to union member ratification. Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
