Re: Florida East Coast Railroad and BMWE Reach Agreement

Washington, D.C. -- The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees (BMWE) reached a tentative collective bargaining agreement on November 2, 2005, with the Florida East Coast Railroad, covering the craft and class of Maintenance of Way. Mediation was guided by NMB Mediator Dick Hanusz.
