Re: ExpressJet Airlines and ALPA Reach Agreement

Washington, D.C. -- The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA) reached a tentative collective bargaining agreement with the ExpressJet Airlines on October 6, 2004, covering the craft and class of Pilots. Mediation was guided by NMB Mediator Fred Leif and Senior Mediator Les Parmelee.

Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
