Re: TT&MS and TCU Reach Agreement

Washington, D.C. -- The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that the Transportation Communications International Union (TCU) reached a tentative collective bargaining agreement with the Track, Traffic and Management Services (TT&MS) on September 2, 2004, covering the craft and class of Clerical, Office, Stocks and Storehouse. Mediation was guided by NMB Mediator Dick Hanusz.

Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
