Re: UTU and the CP/Delaware Hudson Railway reach Tentative Agreement

Washington, D.C. -- The National Mediation Board is pleased to announce that the United Transportation Union (UTU) and the CP/Delaware Hudson Railway reached a tentative contract agreement in only three days of mediation, concluding on April 25, 2002.

Mediation was guided by mediator Richard Hanusz.

Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
