Re: Chestnut Ridge Railroad and UTU Reach Agreement

Washington, D.C. -- The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that the United Transportation Union (UTU) reached a tentative collective bargaining agreement on February 3, 2005, with the Chestnut Ridge Railroad, covering the craft and class of Train and Engine Service. Mediation was guided by NMB Mediator R.A. "Dick" Hanusz.
