OIA – On August 4, 2008 Deputy Assistant Secretary Doug Domenech and Director Nik Pula met with heads of the Northern Mariana Legislature to discuss the present status of the Commonwealth Utilities Corporation’s power generation. Their meeting focused on how to address the serious shortage of electricity experienced especially on the island of Saipan.
