SNAP Name Change Label
USDA. Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program.
This is a downloadable template for standard Avery 5163 labels with a notice about the name change to SNAP. Educators and outreach workers can print these labels and add them to existing materials. An informational notice about the new name is also provided with all orders for outreach materials. Available as a Publisher file (pub|152KB) or as a pdf (164KB). Also available in Spanish (pdf|87 KB).
