Continuing Education Units

The Livestock and Poultry Environmental Learning Center offers continuing education units (CEUs) through our monthly webcast series. You can receive credits through one of two ways.

• Attend a live webcast.
• View one of the archived webcasts. All live webcasts are recorded and available for on-demand viewing.

Certified Crop Advisers (CCA) and American Registry of Professional Animal Scientists (ARPAS)

The webcasts are submitted for blanket approval for all members of the following organizations. Click on a link to learn more about the process you need to follow to receive credit.

Technical Service Providers (TSPs) and Professional Engineers (PE)

These organizations operate continuing education programs on a state-by-state basis. Many webcasts are appropriate for continuing education for these organizations. Click on a link to learn more

Other Organizations

If you are a member of another organization that requires continuing education and would like to submit your attendance at a webcast for possible CEU credit, contact the LPE Learning Center team to let us know what your organization will require. We can generally provide an attendance list, detailed information about the topic and speakers, and possibly a quiz.

Software Requirements

To view a live webcast, all you need is a live Internet connection.

Archived webcasts, produced October, 2007 and later are playable through your web browser. Real Player is needed to view LPE Learning Center Webcasts produced between September, 2006 and September, 2007. If you do not already have Real Player, you can download a free player Real.com.
