Walk this way


Steven Hooker of the University of South Carolina says amount of fitness needed for the benefit of stroke reduction is within the ability of most people.

"It was a level of fitness that could be achieved by the average person out there by simply doing approximately 30 minutes of brisk walking five days a week, which are currently the physical activity recommendations for adults in this country." (14 seconds)
