SMART About Water Training Resources

Overview

On August 4, 5, and 6, 2008, the National Environmental Services Center (NESC) hosted a Train-the-Trainer Seminar for the SMART About Water program, an 18-month source water protection planning project featuring a partnership between NESC and the Rural Community Assistance Partnership (RCAP), funded by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The purpose of the training seminar was to prepare RCAP staff members to implement the SMART About Water program in communities across the country.

On the following page links listed below you'll find various materials that came out of this seminar. While primarily designed for RCAP trainers, the information may be useful for any community interested in protecting their source water.
