5/22/2006: The rollout of Remedy version 6.3 on the weekend of May 20th was successful and very few problems were reported. We are now working on upgrading the Remedy email engine from Rem-Mail, which is no longer supported by the vendor, to the native Remedy mail client. We anticipate a rollout in June.
