The University of Kentucky is working with the state to resolve the CEM cases.


Spay-neuter funds will be administered at the county level in 2009.

The Kentucky Department of Agriculture has announced that funds for the Kentucky Animal Control Board spay-neuter voucher program, which has provided assistance to low-income Kentuckians who desired to have their pets spayed or neutered will be administered at the county level in 2009.  People who wish to apply should contact their local County Judge-Executive's office to find out if their county is participating in the program this year.
