How to Change Your Campus Directory Entry
Log into InfOSU Online Services with your OSU ID and General Access PIN (GAP). At the first page choose the "Personal Information" menu item.
From the Personal Information page you can view or change your mailing/contact addresses, telephone numbers associated with the those addresses, e-mail address, and/or directory profile.
Students may view or change their current mailing, parent/guardian, and financial aid addresses and associated telephone numbers.
Faculty and Staff may view their employee office and departmental mailing addresses and associated telephone numbers, and view or change their current mailing address and associated telephone numbers. Faculty and staff changes to department or employee office addresses and associated telephone numbers must be made through the departmental telephone coordinator or departmental personnel/payroll person.
The "Directory Profile" is where you can control what information is allowed to be presented in paper and electronic directories. Directory information includes:
Students: Name, Current Mailing Address, Current Telephone Number, Directory E-mail (of which everything but Name and Major Field of Study can be suppressed through the WWW access). Please direct questions and problems to the Office of the Registrar <registrars@oregonstate.edu> or call 541-737-4331.
Faculty and Staff: Name, Current Mailing Address, Current Telephone Number, Office Address, Office Telephone, Office FAX, Department Address, Position Title, and Campus E-mail address (of which everything but Name, Office Address, Office Telephone, FAX, and Department Address can be suppressed through the WWW access). Please direct questions and problems to the Office of Human Resources <employee.records@orst.edu> or call 541-737-8300.
NOTE:
According to the current campus policy, we cannot provide any information not included in the directory, since we may be violating an individual's right to privacy.
If the person has graduated, and has elected to share information, you may be able to get contact information from the OSU Alumni office. Otherwise, you will need to call the information line at 541-737-1000. (If the person is a student, only the Office of the Registrar, <registrars@orst.edu> or 541-737-4331, can provide that information.)
