The Kanab Field Office has many special areas that offer visitors unique and outstanding recreational, natural, scenic, and cultural values.  These special areas include Wilderness Study Areas, an Area of Critical Environmental Concern, and the Paria Canyon-Vermilion Cliffs Wilderness Area.
