The Pennsylvania Rural Access Guide is a comprehensive database of state, federal and nonprofit/foundation grants, loans and technical assistance resources created by the Center for Rural Pennsylvania, a legislative agency of the Pennsylvania General Assembly, and the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors.

The Guide was designed to help local government officials, nonprofit organizations, community groups and individuals find the assistance they need for projects and programs. Information in the database was originally compiled in 1999/2000 and continues to be updated regularly. Information in the guide is meant to be used as a basic outline of available programs.
