Animal Genome Species Databases

All investigators funded by the USDA Animal Genomics and Animal Genome Reagent and Tool Development Programs are expected to submit their data (preferably as reprints of published manuscripts) to the appropriate animal species genome databases. These databases are developed and maintained by the National Animal Genome Research Program in cooperation with international partners. These are internationally shared databases and submission of animal genome data should be to the appropriate U.S. Technical Editor as indicated below. In addition, investigators are encouraged to make their data available via other means such as laboratory, departmental, or institutional Web pages.
