P-11 - ABATEMENT ORDINANCE No. 11

Provides for the removal of rubbish, trash, weeds, filth, debris, and dilapidated buildings. ( Adopted 1/21/1998);
Provides for the assessment of class 1 & 2 misdemeanor penalties and abatement of violations and permits assessing the property owner for costs associated with the abatement. In addition, unrecovered costs associated with abatement may ultimately be recovered through a lien on the subject property. (Amended 2/3/1999);
