The Empowerment Zone/Enterprise Communities Home Page is designed to promote the exchange of information. Here you will find information about the purposes and organization of the Empowerment Zones, Enterprise Communities, and Champion Communities participating in community economic development. In addition, the EZ/EC Home Page provides a toolbox of information to help communities develop and implement effective strategic plans for community and economic development.
