Retired Texas NRCS public affairs specialist (PAS) Harold Bryant, was recently presented the American Indian/Alaska Native Employees Association’s (AIANEA) Outstanding Member Award by 2007 AIANEA President David Elliott.  Harold worked as an NRCS Earth Team volunteer assisting the planning committee in development and coordination of the successful August AIANEA training conference held in Texas.  In coordination with the conference planning committee and other local contacts, he made hotel arrangements and lined-up speakers for the training.

Harold has been a loyal supporter of AIANEA and NRCS over the years, winning this award in 2001 when he was the State PAS in Texas.
