New GRANTOR User Sign Up

This section of the website is dedicated to new Agency Users of Grants.gov. Below is information on how to get started.

Grants.gov is a member of the E-Authentication Federation, and all new and returning Agency Users must acquire credentials (i.e. usernames and passwords) with one of three chosen E-Authentication Credential Service Providers (CSP): ORC Inc., USDA e-Authentication, or Employee Express.

New Agency Users can begin this process by clicking on the E-Authentication logo below and choosing a Level 1 CSP from the list provided. After registration has been completed successfully, new Agency Users should login to Grants.gov from the For Grantors section of the website and follow the instructions.
