Cooperative Extension is part of the University of Wisconsin
System and a division of University of Wisconsin-Extension. With
an office in each Wisconsin county, Extension staff develop practical
educational programs tailored to local needs and based on university
knowledge and research.
The mission of the Trempealeau County Extension office is to
provide citizens the knowledge, resources, and skills they need
to make positive self-directed changes in their families, businesses,
and communities.
Pesticide Applicator Training Sessions
Pesticide Applicator Training sessions have been scheduled for 2009. If your certification expires in 2008 or early 2009 you will need to renew your certification. You only need to attend one of the training sessions. All sessions begin at 10:00 a.m. and last until approximately 3:00 p.m..
- January 14, 2009, Courthouse in Whitehall in the County Board Room
- February 18, 2009, WTC in Independence
- March 12, 2009, Riverland Energy in Arcadia
Please call the UW-Extension Office at (715) 538-2311, or toll-free (877) 538-2311, Ext. 208 to register for a session. The certification fee is $30 which includes a training session and your Pesticide Applicator Training manual. Stop by the Extension Office or at Centerville Co-op in advance to pick up your manual.

citizens of all ages in a variety of educational programming.
