Distinguished Lecturer Nominations Due 1 February
For nearly half a century, the SPE Distinguished Lecturer program has taken the industry's most recognized professionals to the farthest corners of the oil patch to deliver the latest technologies and practices. Throughout its history, the DL program has relied on SPE members to recognize the best and brightest by nominating them as an SPE Distinguished Lecturer. Now is your opportunity to help continue that tradition.
SPE Launches New Professional Network for Chinese Speakers
Looking for a way to share and discuss ideas with other SPE members who speak Chinese? Visit SPE’s new Chinese Professional Network. In addition to this network, SPE has four other professional networks available to provide a place for members to come together in an online community to discuss topics of interest, and answer questions posed by other community members. Use your spe.org login and password to access SPE’s networks.
Free Energy Education Tools Available
Energy4me, SPE’s energy education outreach program, has made available new tools for SPE members to give classroom presentations. Read more in the January 2009 print edition of JPT.
