Nevada and Utah.
All clinics provide radiation exposure-related services
to eligible individuals in the five exposure categories:
downwinders, onsite participants, uranium miners,
millers and ore transporters (see Am
I Eligible?). However, some adapt their services
to meet the needs of the people in the area they serve.
Some clinics offer services at satellite locations.

Mountain Park Health Center operates the Arizona
Radiation Exposure Screening and Education Program
(AZRESEP) that serves mostly downwinders and uranium
industry workers. Services are provided at the main
site in Phoenix and the North Country Community Health
Center in northern Arizona.

Includes downwinders who resided in Yavapai, Coconino,
Apache, Gila, and Navajo Counties and that area of
Mohave County north of the Grand Canyon .

Radiation Exposure Screening and Education Program
(RESEP) that serves mostly uranium industry workers
from the Colorado Plateau known as the Uravan Mineral
Belt, located in southwestern Colorado and southeastern
Utah.

in southeastern Utah , and the State of Wyoming.

The University of New Mexico operates a Radiation
Exposure Screening and Education (RESEP) that serves
mostly uranium mining industry workers. New Mexico
was the leader in uranium production in the United
States between the years 1953 and 1993.

The Northern Navajo Medical Center is an Indian Health
Service facility and operates the Navajo Area Radiation
Exposure Screening and Education Program (RESEP) that
serves uranium industry workers and downwinders residing
on the Navajo Indian Reservation. Northern Navajo
Medical Center is the main site with four satellite
clinics in Arizona and New Mexico.

Includes only IHS-eligible uranium workers and downwinders
in Shiprock and Crownpoint, New Mexico and Kayenta,
Tuba City, Chinle, and Polacca, Arizona.

The University of Nevada operates the Nevada Radiations
Exposure Screening and Education (RESEP) that serves
mostly downwinders and onsite participants exposed
to radiation as a result of atmospheric nuclear testing
done at the Nevada Test Site.

in the state of Nevada at the time of atmospheric
nuclear testing.

The Dixie Regional Medical Center operates the Southwestern
Utah Radiation Exposure Screening and Education (RESEP)
that serves mostly downwinders in southern Utah, northern
Arizona and southeastern Nevada. The National Cancer
Institute reports that counties in these areas received
the greatest amount of radioactive fallout and estimates
that nearly 40,000 people in southern Utah were exposed.

- Health screening, including medical and occupational history, physical exam, diagnostic tests, post examination follow-up, compensation eligibility counseling and health risk education
