IN-VESSEL COMPOSTING EQUIPMENT

Containerized Compost System
Composting in roll-off containers allows enormous flexibility in system design and operation. The same CompTainer module can be used to compost from 1 to 100 tons per day. If odor and process control are concerns, then the CCS is the technology you need.

Earth Tub
The Earth Tub is designed specifically for on-site composting of food-wastes. The Earth Tub is a fully enclosed composting vessel featuring power mixing, compost aeration, and biofiltration of all process air. This self-contained unit is ideal for composting at schools, universities, restaurants, hospitals and supermarkets.

Earth Bin
The Earth Bin is designed to fill the capacity gap between the Earth Tub and the Containerized Compost System.

Depending on the number of units, between .5 to 5 tons per day can be composted with this system. The Earth Bin is an automated version of the Earth Tub with a much larger vessel.

AERATION CONTROL AND DATA-LOGGING

Aerated Static Pile Control System
Green Mountain Technologies has taken our in-vessel control technology and created a skid mounted aeration system for Aerated Static Piles(ASP) facilities. The skid comes with blower, dampers and control panel all mounted and ready to connect to aeration plenums and biofilter. The modular skid design minimizes site installation and engineering costs and installs quickly.

MACS Aeration Controller
Modular aeration-control system for applications ranging from simple windrow composting up to automated control and monitoring for compliance with EPA 503 regulations.

Data Probe - Temperature Logger
Compost temperature data-logger with 16,000 sample capacity and PC graphics software.

ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS

Containerized Dewatering Systems

Our sales partnership with Atlantic Dewatering Services L.L.C. allows us to offer you a complete solution that includes sludge storage, dewatering and composting. Their DeTainer product is the complete solids handling solution for small wastewater treatment plants or septage haulers. A single roll-off container eliminates the need for liquid sludge storage, dewatering equipment and sludge cake storage areas. They can also help you find and purchase the right polymer dosing system or pump for your application.
