Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for the Administration of the Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) Program

A Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) in the Federal Register presents guidelines for the administration of the Alternative Trade Adjustment Assistance (ATAA) program. The ATAA program provides benefits to eligible older workers, for whom retraining may not be appropriate, to accept reemployment at a lower wage and receive a wage subsidy.
