REFUND FOR UNCLAIMED PERMITCustomers that have ordered their FY09 permit online and did not pick it up at the Parking Office can receive a refund (does not apply for shuttle and motorcycle permits). There will be a $75 processing fee that will be deducted from the purchase price of the FY09 permit.
REFUND FOR PERMIT Customers requesting a refund that have purchased and received their FY09 Parking Permit will receive the current prorated refund rate (does not apply for shuttle and motorcycle permits).
