In December, we begin a 3-month series on ecommerce. On December 10, Tim O'Brien, Information Technology Business Consultant from the Nebraska Department of Economic Development will be our guest. Tim will discuss the Web 2.0 tools that businesses are adopting in order to carve out a place in the internet shopping niche. In January, we will visit with The Fruit Company, a business that has continued to reinvent itself to changing consumer demands. In February we will wrap up the series with presentation on Maximizing Your Pay Per Click Campaign. Since 1995, WebWise Design & Marketinghas been offering on-line experience and expertise that allows businesses to effectively market their products, business, corporation or organization through their web site. In this session, President John Wells will focus on Google Adwords, the importance of landing pages, and the use of Google Analytics as tools to increase e-commerce traffic for businesses. John will share his experiences in working with small and large businesses from his corporate office in Fennimore Wisconsin (population 2,500). Free and open to everyone, this session is part of a monthly series. The program begins at 2 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time. The Web meeting room opens 10 minutes before the start time.
