Employee Benefits Information

As a federal employee you have many benefits available to you.  You can pick from a wide range of health insurance plans including dental and vision coverage and you can enroll in a Flexible Spending Account which enables you to set aside pre-tax funds to pay for a wide range of common, out of pocket health and dependent care expenses.  We offer you a retirement plan that outpaces the private sector.  And, you can enroll in the Thrift Savings Plan which functions similar to a 401k and allows you to set aside additional money for retirement.  With so many benefits, it's no surprise that the federal government is sought after by many as their employer of choice.
