About Personal Property Policy Management

GSA provides policy solutions for the comprehensive management of federal personal property.  Personal Property Policy Management develops and promotes policies and regulations for the most efficient and effective management of personal property assets.  Serves as liaison with departments and agencies on policy, regulations and statutory requirements for federal personal property.

Agency Annual Reports

Non-Federal Recipients report under the authority of 40 U.S.C. 529 are due yearly by December 29.

Exchange/Sale Annual Report under the authority of FMR 102-39.85 is due yearly by December 29.

Negotiated Sales Report under the authority of FMR 102-38.330 is due yearly by November 30.
