These snapshots of 10 producers demonstrate how farmers and ranchers apply sustainable principles. Includes an illustration of practices used on a model sustainable farm and a list of hints to help consumers make ecologically friendly choices when they buy food.

This collection of 50 in-depth interviews with farmers and ranchers across America details the effects of farming practices on profitability, quality of life, rural communities and the environment.




National Continuing Education Program
