Try these search tips -
To search the entire catalog, use the search box on the home page. The search engine looks for an EXACT match on your key word, so check your spelling.
You will also get a larger results list if you use the singular form of a search term. For example, to find publications about apples enter the term "apple" in the search box.
Use the most general search term or key word possible to generate a larger list of publications. Since our search engine is only searching on titles and descriptions within our catalog, a general search term will yield better results than a specific, multi-word search that you might use in an internet-wide search engine.
Have you lost your accent? The titles of many publications in languages other than English include accent marks, so make sure your search term also includes the appropriate accent mark.

| You will receive a refund or credit against the purchase of another item. Returns are subject to a 10 percent restocking charge. Videos and slide sets are not refundable. prices and policies are subject to change without notice. |

| What is the return policy on study materials for the Department of Pesticide Regulation and Structural Pest Control Board tests? |
A special return policy applies to publications that are recommended study materials for DPR and SPCB exams.
- A return authorization is required. Please contact us at 1-800-994-8849 before shipping your item.
- Materials must be returned within 30 days, and must be in new and saleable condition.
- 40% of the purchase price will be refunded. Shipping and handling is not refundable.

| Are discounts available? |
Volume discounts for retail customers are available on 10 or more copies of the same title sent to the same address: 10 to 49 copies, 20% discount; 50 to 99 copies, 25% discount. | What is the Golden Trowel? |
| We recently surveyed California Master Gardeners to find out which of our publications they find most useful. These top rated publications are identified with a "Golden Trowel" icon.
You've probably seen Master Gardeners at your county fair, farmer's market, or a community home and garden event. But what is a Master Gardener? Master Gardeners are trained volunteers with the University of California Cooperative Extension program; they provide practical scientific horticulture and gardening information to gardeners in their communities across California.
