CSREES' Plant and Animal Systems (PAS)
Unit provides national leadership in improving
production, profitability, competitiveness,
quality, and human and environmental safety
of U.S. agricultural products. PAS staff
collaborate with partners and stakeholders
to support research and extension activities
in a wide range of topic areas. These activities
center on the production of crops and other
plant material and of livestock and other
animal, poultry, and aquatic species and
the systems that support such production.
