1. MailPro

MailPro is a free bimonthly publication for mailing professionals. It contains information on current Postal Service programs and services, rates and classification, mailing success stories and industry news. MailPro replaced Mailers Companion and Memo to Mailers January 2007. 2.  DMM Advisory

DMM®Advisory is an electronic message board to keep those who have a shared connection in mail updated and informed on important issues. When Pricing and Classification needs to communicate a subject of interest to mailers, ranging from general to product specific information, we use the DMM®Advisory to keep you informed. You will find this information useful, and an excellent supplement to MailPro. Archived issues can be viewed at pe.usps.com.

The DMM and IMM contain all regulatory information on domestic and international mail services, rates, and conditions governing use of the services. These are a "must have" for every mailer.

Published biweekly, it contains the latest official changes to the DMM, IMM or any regulations relating to USPS matters. Annual cost $163.00. International subscription: $228.00 annually. For more information:

2. Domestic Mail Manual

Published once a year, it contains rates, mailing standards, and eligibility for domestic mailing services. Order online, credit card orders may be faxed to (202) 512-2233.

3.  International Mail Manual (IMM)

Published once a year, contains rates, prohibitions, restrictions and information on mail services to foreign countries. A center mailing to foreign destinations should have this publication. Cost $21.00 annually. GPO and credit card orders may be faxed to (202) 512-2233.
