THE DEAVER DATABASE NAU is collaborating with the herbaria at ASU and U of A maintain a database of our collections. As of May 2006, the Deaver has 100% of the Arizona collections entered. This joint project was funded by the National Science Foundation. The specimen database and web tools to access the collections are working well with additional functionality planned so check back for additions and improvements. Our database is housed on the NAU ORACLE server and has web access through the web tools developed at ASU. Access the Deaver Herbarium OnLine now Our database allows searchs for a particular locality or plant, sorted by date, county, species or collector.
