The Idaho Weed Control Association invites you to attend the eighth Annual Idaho Weed Conference. This conference is for private landowners and agencies who have responsibilities for vegetation management. Topics include Weed Agency Updates, CWMA Projects & Programs, Aquatics, Restoration/Weed Ecology/Rehabilitation, Integrated Weed Management, Industry/Safety, and BioControl.

$140 pre-registration fee   Deadline: Jan. 16, 2009
            We accept VISA,  MasterCard and Discover.

$165 late registration fee (after Jan. 16) or at the door

$20 extra luncheon tickets available
    (indicate number of tickets you desire on the registration form)

PRE REGISTRATION

Complete the on-line registration (click red scrolling banner above), or print the Registration Form (pdf) below and mail with payment (must be received by January 16, 2009 to qualify for pre-registration fee). Indicate on the form the sessions you plan to attend on Thursday.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

You may check in at the conference registration booth located in the foyer as follows:

Wed., January 28 - 7:00 a.m. throughout the day
Thurs., January 29 - 7:00 a.m. throughout the day

PESTICIDE CREDITS

Pesticide credits applications have been filed with Idaho and several surrounding states. Watch this site for updates. As soon as they become available, full information will be posted onto the pdf below to inform you as to the number of credits you can receive.

MOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

Several motels are available in the Nampa area. Ten miles east on I-84 is Meridian and ten miles west are accommodations in Caldwell.  Please visit the provided link below for lodging options.

CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS

If you cancel your registration prior to five (5) business days before the conference, your registration fee will be refunded, less $25 enrollment charge. If you cancel five (5) business days or less before the meeting, we cannot refund your registration fee, but you may substitute someone in your place.
