Finding Retail Opportunities in Federal Buildings
GSA has the authority to hire contractors to provide retail services in federally controlled facilities.
The following are some of the services that can be provided in GSA controlled space:
- Food, craft and dry goods stores
- Restaurants
- Vending machines
- Pay telephones
- Financial (such as ATMs) and other services
