Provides revenue protection based on price and yield expectations by paying for losses below the guarantee at the higher of an early-season price or the harvest price.

**Farm Bill Amendment modifies the Common Crop Insurance Policy Basic Provisions, Crop Revenue Coverage Insurance Policy Basic Provisions, Revenue Assurance Insurance Policy Basic Provisions, Group Risk Plan of Insurance Basic Provisions, Group Risk Income Protection Plan of Insurance Basic Provisions, and the Income Protection Plans of Insurance for the 2009 and succeeding crop years for all crops with a contract change date on or after Nov 30, 2008.
