PNW 036: WSU's Water Quality Summit

Washington State University's (WSU) Water Quality Summit is
highlighted in this flyer. This summit was held on campus in
Pullman in April and showed that WSU has a substantial investment
in water-related activities in research, education and outreach
(Extension). WSU is making a major attempt to integrate its

PNW 035: Project W.E.T. in Northeastern
Washington

This project was funded by a USDA-CSREES 406 Water Quality
Programs grant. Over 4,000 youth participated in this program.

This flyer highlights our second water issues satellite conference
about funding watershed restoration projects in the Pacific
Northwest. Over 500 people attended this conference in November,
2003 at 53 downlink sites in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington.
Attendees represented Extension faculty and staff, Conservation
District personnel, city and county planners, and members of
