Reporting on Government Aircraft
Federal agencies that own or hire aircraft report cost and utilization data to GSA as required by OMB Circular A-126 and 41 CFR 102-33 ('Management of Government Aircraft'). GSA operates the Federal Aviation Interactive Reporting System (FAIRS) system that is used by the agencies to input this information, as well as manage their individual aircraft inventories (if applicable).
