Tulane Journal of Technology & Intellectual Property

The student-run and student-edited Tulane Journal of Technology & Intellectual Property (JTIP) is an official journal of Tulane University Law School, published annually in the fall.  It is one of the preeminent journals reflecting on contemporary issues in technology and intellectual property law, cited often in academic works and court opinions.  JTIP publishes scholarly and practical articles in addition to student comments and notes.  Members of JTIP are selected exclusively by their successful participation in one of two writing competitions held each summer and fall.  If you are interested in obtaining a subscription, please visit the subscription page. Thank you.
