The Colorado River Basin Salinity Control Forum October "1999 Supplemental Report on the 1999 Review of the Water Quality Standards for Salinity Colorado River System" is now available.   This supplemental report addresses comments received on the "June 1999 Review - Water Quality Standards for Salinity Colorado River System".   These reports are prepared every three years by the seven member states of the Colorado River Basin to meet the requirements of section 303 of the Clean Water Act.
