Both are in WordPerfect 5.1 format, formatted for HP LaserJet printers. (1) "rddsmall.wp5" which is intended for small PHAs that intend to use a simplified method. In non-technical terms, it describes how to conduct statistically-reliable surveys, emphasizing a simplified form of random digit dialing (RDD) as a way of obtaining a representative sample of rental units. (2) File "rddlrge.wp5" which is intended for larger PHAs that intend to contract out full-scale RDDs; it is also intended for potential contractors. NOTE TO OLD FRIENDS: This version supersedes all previous versions. The last page of each document describes major substantive changes.
