Description: The 1995 forest survey data generally indicates that the physical conditions found in the nonindustrial private forests of Arkansas have improved since the 1988 survey. There is nothing in the data to suggest the need for public policy initiatives to correct current trends in the slowly changing conditions in the forests of the State.
