 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) Tab

Click the Frequently Asked Questions tab to search our knowledge base for answers using drop-down menus and search text. You can view a list of answers, sort answers, and page up or down. Click the down arrow down arrow image used to sort a column in descending order to sort a column in descending order or click the up arrow up arrow image used to sort a column in ascending order to sort the column in ascending order. To view answer details, click the subject link.

Answer Details
An answer details page includes the question and answer. From one of these pages, you can do the following:
E-mail This Answer - Click this link to send the answer to an e-mail address. You will be prompted for the recipient's e-mail address.
Print This Answer - Click this link to print the answer.
Submit Rating - This button allows you to rate the effectiveness of the answer.

When you are unable to find your answer by searching the knowledge base, you can submit a question to our Citizen Response Team.

 Search Tips

  Narrow your search We have the answers to the most frequently asked questions (FAQs) from the public. To narrow your search, please select a topic from the drop-down menu. Or enter your question or keyword in the search box.
  To require words Use a plus (+) symbol in front of words to find only documents that contain those words.
Example: Type +wildlife +bear to find documents that contain both words wildlife and bear.
  To exclude words Use a minus (-) symbol in front of words to exclude documents that contain those words.
Example: Type wildlife -moose to find documents that contain the word wildlife but not moose.
  Use uncommon words Use uncommon words to retrieve documents with more focused results.

 For your information...

  Word Variation All search techniques search for different word forms such as singular, plural, and different verb tenses.
Example: Search for reflect to find documents that contain reflection, reflections, reflected, reflecting or reflects.
