The ITS Service Desk is now providing support for all USDA eAuthentication
system customers - federal employees, affiliates, collaborators, contractors,
and the general public.

For routine needs email us at: eAuthHelpDesk@ftc.usda.gov. For emergencies:
1-800-457-3642 The hours of operation are 7:00AM-7:00PM Eastern, Monday through
Friday.
This change has now increased the number of Help Desk agents available for
customer service, especially during peak demand times. Our goal is to provide an
average response time of 3 hours during support hours.
If you need assistance with the eAuthentication system or have questions, the
ITS Service Desk is here to assist you at eAuthHelpDesk@ftc.usda.gov.
Remember, my.NRCS is for NRCS employees only.

Due to the dynamic nature of the internet, links listed on my.NRCS may sometimes
stop working. In some cases the stoppage is temporary, and the link may begin
working again if tried later. In other cases, the web sites themselves have been
